Kim Choi is a movement artist based in Naarm, Melbourne. Growing up in Gadigal Country (Sydney), her training was grounded in classical ballet and contemporary at McDonald College and Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, before expanding into other styles including commercial jazz and hip hop, where she obtained a Diploma of Professional Dance before relocating to Naarm.

Working on both stage and screen, her professional career highlights have included dancing for artists such as Kylie Minogue, Tones & I, Snoop Dogg and with brands such as Samsung, Afterpay, Solo, Kmart, Spotify and many more. Kim made her debut with Scimm. Dance Company in 2024 for their show season of Paracosm for Melbourne Fringe Festival. 

Utilising a wide range of influences in her training, she is also an emerging choreographer in the contemporary fusion style. Whilst working in commercial spaces, she also trains pre professional dancers to develop individual movement styles, encouraging versatility and adaptability.
